The signals for cyclists and motorcyclists also apply to motorists and people in charge of horse-drawn vehicles and agricultural machinery not fitted with indicators.
The following are the hand signals to be used:

I am going to move out or
turn to my right.
I am going to turn to my left.
Note that the car driver moves his arm and hand in an anti-clockwise direction.
I am going to slow down
or stop.
